Weigh in Overwater-Over Nuts- Umass SourD

A friend has what he says is an original Umass Sour D cross - that was doing awesome and has some pretty good juicy buds, but now 2 weeks from harvest his leafs are doing this.

I say he has nute lock out due to too often watering, he thinks it is normal 2 weeks from harvest. To me either too much Phosphorus or lockout from moist soil. All organic nutes - soil - PH is fine 6.5 - He has gnats but seems to controlling them. Thoughts?

I say lockout due to how green the leaf seems - it should be a dark green large leaf- to me not a deficiency issue.

Only the large sugar leaves are doing this.

Looks like it was given some Heavy N along the way. The rust spots can be a lockout issue.
