Man I have been flowering close to 2 months now, I'm just going to see what this new led could do for me these plants are from December no Carmel trichs yet. And I'm scared to cure / harvest but the dehumidifier helps with that

Is it bad that I'm waiting so long to harvest. I want to fatten up my buds with the new light as much as possible. Ive read online and people have gone 3 months to 120 days days to flower and the longer you wait the less pottent your flowers become is there a whole lot of truth to this ?and if so how long is too long? I'm 2 months into flower

It's begging to look a lot like christmast, anyone have a idea on the black spots it's not mold.

Could be a lot of things...spider mites prolly get a pocket scope and check out under leaves.

I think you still gots a few weeks left.

You have a weak light system (no offense) but I would still expect them to fatten a little more than in that picture.

My 2 cents:
ditch the mylar, it's just wrong. Panda film, it's not expensive, and it's the right thing to use.
If you won't ventilate properly, forget 600w's. Get an LED or look into alternative (non air cooled) lighting like LEC-315 or Indagrow.
You don't have $30 for a grow bible? Throw everything out and go buy weed. Forget it. Fuck it. Seriously.

Carmel trichs? No, the dehumidifier is not helping you dry and cure while it's still on the plant. There is a post by Simon D which takes the scary unknown out of harvest and cure. It does call for a $25 hygrometer, just suck it up and buy it.

Thanks for the cure info I love a good cure thread. And I'm not trying to be a pro grower I just wanted to get my feet wet, and learn how to grow my own so I can save on some money.

I wouldn't say encourage, but I can't be a judgmental prick like you, because I myself smoked pot in high school. Come to think about it, I did turn out to be kind of a fuck up. You might be onto something Bobandy. Though there are tactful ways to go about conveying that information, instead of just being an all out tool. Tough love rarely works with younger folk when it comes to drugs, especially on the internet.

Baseline knowledge should be general horticulture, and then add the cannabis specific knowledge on top of that. If you have an understanding how most plants work, you should be able to weed out the bullshit and use your common sense. Of course that's my opinion, and just how I went about things, but maybe that doesn't work for everybody, we all learn in different ways.

you don't know anything about me when you assume you make a ass of me and you. As for my misdemeanor grow its a tiny one that would only land me a ticket. Just worry about yourself and not someone else on the Internet that's irrelevant to you, let my handle my situation and worry about your self. And EVERYONE don't put things on my thread that aren't positive or constructive I don't like a negative place.

What the he'll do I have a purp or is my light too close

Slight light upgrade and the purp got the claw on the top leaves so I'm going to water it out a week before more nutes.

I crushed the stem of my purp a bit with a zip tie and it's been a little stressed since and droopy . hopefully she bounces back, lesson learned. The buds are certainly not as big as my other plant but they do look more potent. I'll just let everything play itself out and if it gets worse I'll just flush it in preparation for harvest, and focus on my other plant.

Shout out to everyone who has contributed to this grow. Will post results.

Thanks man for poping in. I will definitely be on the look out for this shit next time I'm out shopping, here's a bud pic of the crushed stem, I got the zip tie off it and have been rubbing aloe on it and it's leaves have gotten better but the buds have stopped growing
;(I've seen lots of clones successfully rooted with aloe compred to a rooting powder like way better rooting rates. Aloe is the way to go!
