Weird dotted leaf and slow growth

I grow my plant using sun as light source. I live in tropical area and now the sun has intense heat and temperature can go as high as 33 celcius in the afternoon? will that damage my plant?

I spotted some weird textured on several leafs like dotted leafs I think,



any idea why is this happening?

my plant has grown for 20 days but its height only 9 cm since I almost accidentally kill it in seedling stage by spraying foliar fertilizer.

please guide me masters
