Can you make this an indoor finisher ?

get some PM WASH ... wrap bottom of pot with a tied plastic bag ... rinse / heavy mist the leaves clean .

i Think it is way too moist thruout day and is creating a condition for growth.

Yeah that looks like WPM. What exactly are you spraying in your plant? Sunlight and moving air will help.

I'm my fight, I had good luck with spraying milk, monopotassium phosphate, or water with a high pH (~9pH)

Sprayed with Milk last night and started looking a bit better this morning. Is there a chance it will all go away and be smokeable?
Yes and no. I would remove any branches heavily affected, and the affected leaves everywhere I found them. Then spraying with milk or MKP could mean that I don't see any more for a few days, but then it came back eventually.

You can knock it down, but unless you are able to change the conditions, it will come back. I harvested my plants early, but I managed to extend their life long enough to get a decently finished harvest, and not lose too much to the WPM.

Theres not going to be much on it anyway. Put it down to experience and put it out of its misery. Start planing now what u can do to avoid this and have that done before the start of the season.

I should note that my affected plants were much bigger, and much less affected. I removed all areas that looked like you plant looks all over. It's unfortunate, but it's a good learning experience. Best advice is to run resistant strains outside and keep the sun on and the air flowing.

All you need to do to stop PM is change the ph on the plant either higher or lower
I have no idea the ph of milk or how it would not give off a spoiled milk smell
Just use an adjusted ph water different than your rain water
