Weird patchy leaves

One of my plants has this patchy yellowy greeness and i cant put my finger on it, root rot? I have this pic from icmag and this is exactly what i have and heres pic of roots. Never encountered this before. Ph consistent between 5.8-6.4. Using lucas's formula, flowering now beginning third week from 12/12 initiation. 2000w hps in total. Rockwool cubes. Watering from 2-4 times a day at 200-400ml a time.

Now have spotted this on a second of my eight plants, i am severely concerned about this, as cannot find anything about it!

To anyone that wants to know, apparently this is variegated cannabis.. In short, a genetic mutation.

Sure, i mean i could be completely wrong but i feel this is more genetic than a def, the rest of the leaves are fine its just odd few.. Dont get me wrong tho, its more than likely i am wrong. Apologies for not so amazing pics, it's almost midnight where i am
