Don't add dolomite lime to it. Use hydrated lime (its water soluble) Use the dolomite when you mix up your soil *before* planting/transplanting. Test the run off of the mix and dial it in before planting. Let it dry out before testing again too.

The light green is odd. (for MG) If you look at it, the new growth has the 'meat' of the leaf being light in color. Go down a level or two and the meat is fine, but main veins are yellow. I'd say watch the pH of the water (and the pH of the first bit of run off) and see what happens.
When did u start adding nutrients to your miricle grow soil? and how much? It seems like everytime I put my plants in the tent underneath the 400 watt MH like 4 days after the tops start turning yellow and the new growth between the nodes do.

I don't. I use a 1 gal grow bag to ve in Then cut the bottom off and place on top a 4 gal bucket. I put into flowering after the transplant (usually give it a week of veg so it can rest a bit from the xplant) Just water, molasses, and a little epsom salt.

Sounds like a heat prob, or your light is too close and 'bleaching' the plant.

I actually just gave them 1/2tablespoon of powdered dolimite lime to help with the PH and I also heard it is good for Mg and Ca and mixed it into the top 2 inches of the soil and then . I also gave 1 teaspoon of fish emulsion into a gallon of water and then Phed the water to 6.5 and then watered the plantsand also I raised the light to 42" above the plants..it was like 20 something inches above ..is it possible I lowered the light to fast too?

I thought I was the only one on here to use miracle grow . As much crying about how not to use it I think it works great. And have had bad results without using it

I recently switched from FF to MG just b/c of cost. I'm going to see how it goes, so far so good. I was wondering if any of you MG'ers have tried the bloom booster soluble (not the shake n feed) stuff? I think it's like a 15-30-20 or something around there. So far I've been using FF Big Bloom b/c it's a micronutrient fert and I just started adding molasses. I'm just wondering if this MG bloom booster stuff is any good? Sound like a good N-P-K for stacking colas?

hey, im using MG and im about 3 months into my grow and 2 months into flowering. my flower growth is still good but my large fan leaves are starting to die off and fall from one of my plants (two in total). the leaves start turning yellish then brown and fall off. The other plant still has perfectly green leaves and isnt showing the same signs.

this is also only happening to the old large fan leaves and none of the new growth as a result of flowering. what do you guys recommend with MG? i was thinking about adding bloom nuts but wasnt sure how it would work with MG.

bIG BALLS, DID U ADD EPSOM SALT TO THE FF AND THE MIRCALE GROW SOIL? HOW MUCH DID U ADD AND HOW OFTEN? THANKS
Yes, I added the epsom to all (this strain seems to need it) I used 1 Tablespoon per 1/2 gal, once a watering (once a week)

Oh, forgot they all got a bloom boost *once* during flowering, of Kool Bloom around week 5 or 6.

Im using bloom buster too actually (15-30-15). Its working great for me, but I only use something like a 1/16th to 1/8th dose
The stuff I got has a little spoon that comes with it. It says .5 tsp for indoor plants and 1.5 tblsp for outdoor. Are you using 1/16-1/8th of a dose of the .5 tsp or 1.5 tbsp? Is it the blue powder stuff?

Well its Miracle gro bloom booster in the purple box, its supposed to come with the spoon, but i havnt found it yet lol... but ya i was going by 1/8th - 1/16th of the tbsp, so thats 1/2th - 1/4th the tsp. I know it doesnt sound like alot but when I measure ph, N, Phos, and Potash it comes out perfect. ( 6.8-7.2/.37-.50/.06-.10/.18-.25{prety much medium})I used 1tsp at first and the tips where yellow by the next day

Have you had to adjust the pH after adding it or does it normally just come down like that? I mixed some and tried to adjust the pH, but I had trouble getting it to move.

Havnt had to add any lime yet, im sure I will though in another few weeks.. I'm going to test my soil now, ill post the levels when its done. I also give them regular water about 3 days after using nutes, maybe thats why i've been lucky? How much lime are you using?

I havent added any lime yet, i meant pH of my fert mix, not my runoff. After I mix nutes, I can't get my pH where I want it...seems a bit too acidic.

I will not be able to water my plants for another 5 or 6 days because the it will take that long to dry out because I just watered them, but not with epsom salt. Can I foliar feed with epsom salt? How much would I add to a gallon of water for foliar feeding?

Also, Big balls: at watch age do you start giving them the espom salt? Did u give them the same amount all the way though? Also, did you give it to the Mircale grow soil and the FF soil too? Thanks Alot

Not sure what your asking then? I just ran through my soil tests everythings where it should be, ph is at 6.5. I also tested the fertilizer solution at 1/2th for ph and its around 4.5. but ya if you ph is getting lower than 6 add lime...fast....

Gotcha, thanks for putting up with the dumb questions. I've only used FF nutrients until now and would normally add all my ferts, then pH and adjust pH before watering. Then I measure runoff. It seems like with the MG bloom booster you have a really low pH so I don't know if I can just pH up it. I'll just test the soil and the runoff and if it gets low I'll just add lime like you said. +Rep to you
