wet or dry trim for butter

i have just pulled and have a shit load of trim that i wanna use for butter can i use it wet as i dont want it hanging around my place to long to dry out i wanna clear everthing out if not can i oven the trim of very low til its crispy and cook it opions peeps

just let it sit for a few days in paper bags or cardboard boxes... wet trim is no good to make butter with

agreed. dry it. also it shrinks and you can fit much more product into the same amount of butter and its easier to filter out.

Dry trim my friend I personally wait until the trim can crumble pretty easily before making butter
