Wgat might be causing this!?

Hey guys this is my first indoor grow so just wondering what would cause my leaves to be doing this the one light was a bit close to the one plant so I moved that up but the other two plants that weren't really affected seem to have some issues also not sure exactly what, but if you guys had any ideas would be much appreciated thanks!!!

OK thanks I appreciate that I'll give that a try do you think there's other things that are wrong any help is appreciated as it's my first grow.

I think she might be overwatered too. The last picture is a little concerning, but I can't see it clearly. What is the white on your leaves? Might be a pest

I usually water every second day I wait till there dry usually I think I just watered when I took the photos but the stuff on the leaves is from when they were vegging I had knats so I tried some spray and it seemed to work cause they never came back but that's the residue on them it's been coming off slowly
