what are some good flowering cycles?

Well from what I've read about different cycles like 24/0 or 18/6 for veg and 12/12 or 11/13 or 10/14 for flower.
Most things I've read is people do that to save electricity. But in nature days are longer and shorter on a curve. So that's how the plant evolved. The sun doesn't stay up for 18 hours and then switch to 12 hours the next day. Our goal as growers is to mimic nature. And maybe try to force it.
Personally I have my veg at 24/0 only because I broke my timer. Stepped on it.
I still have another few weeks till I switch to flower. But if I did have my timer I would be running 18/6 for veg.
For this run in flower I'm going to 14/10 for a week, 13/11 for a week, 12/12 for 2 weeks 11/13 till harvest.
That's just what I'm doing.

i tried 24/0 mainly to see if anything bad would happen. nothing bad seemed to happen besides wasting electricity possibly due to diminishing returns and yea i didn't have a timer as well at the time also but now i do. due to the heat/humidity in my grow room though i think i will be switching to 18/6 next grow the heat just builds up like crazy. my first time growing indoors though so i mean i am pretty open to anything
