I spray the sevin every 3 weeks at 1/8 the concentration recommended starting at 4 weeks old. If I wait until I see critters here it's usually already a full blown infestation.
Makes sense, I'm indoor and my problem starts from my Veg room. I have a Thrip infestation on my moms, clones, and teens. I need to solve the issue there. If I solve it there, my main spot won't have an issue. I just need a legit game plan. I don't know what to do in my Veg to get rid of them.

The sevin will definitely do it

You can get at them with Dr. Zymes eliminator. I just used it to get rid of thrips in October.
Get the 32oz concentrate bottle and mix it 4oz per gallon.
Kills them immediately.
I had it cleared up in 2 weeks but sprayed for an extra week just to be safe.
Dr. Zymes is safe in flower too.

Spinosad works great, sulfur works great(veg only), lost coast plant therapy works great too.

I was using it before in Veg, but it wasn't stopping the thrips. They came right back or didn't go away at all...
That's strange since avid wiped out my spider mites and thrips lol (had full webbing and sprayed on cuttings). Monterey garden insect spray is spinosad and that's supposed to be good for thrips

Here's an update. Did Spinosad, saw a lot dead, but still running around in my buds. Hit the room with some Pylon TR fogger and I see 0 thrips. I'm 2 days in, tomorrow will be 3. On the 3rd day I'm hitting it with on more Pylon Srapy. 3 days after that I'm going to hit it with Spinosad. I'm afraid seeds may pop, but I defoliated A LOT of foilage.

If you spray spinosad in flower or late veg here in MT you will fail testing fwiw I did a study at my homegrow and took product to the lab. Sprayed week 2-3 and failed at .33ppm cutoff was .2ppm cheers

Monterey Garden Spray is good for treating thrips once you see them or they’re tell tale squiggly leaf spots. Spinosad is the active ingredient. Use neem oil and/or Trifecta to prevent them. Trifecta is so not cheap unlike neem oil but it also works very well. I spray all my plants w/Trifecta every 2-3 weeks to keep thrips, spider mites, and powdery mildew from occurring. It is safe for organic grows and even ok to spray on the buds.
The nuclear option is Dr. Doom; it’s not organic safe and will kill whatever is your soil for a time but also any other living thing that happens to be crawling on your plants. Prevention is always much easier than treatment. Bugs always return…
