This may sound dumb but what are these light fixtures called and where can get some. Any help.?

Make sure you don't wire those with a flimsy lamp extention chord, you'll start a fire! Get a 12 gauge extention and 14 gauge electric wire. There's like 700W being used there.
 
Any more than 200-250w then you are better off with a Mh or led light cfl's got diminishing returns
