What Brand Ballast?

Hey everyone, can anyone recommend a nice ballast for me?

I am still torn between a 400w and a 600w HPS ballast.

I like the idea of Digital ballasts but I don't really know any of these brands listed.

I want one that is reliable, safe and can stand the tests of time.
