What Brand Of Uvb....what Kind Of Cycle???

Ive just been reading quite a bit on the uvb light subject and am going to try it, has any one experimented with this and succeeded well? what brand of bulb is best and how much area does it cover?and how long do you leave it on for each day....i have seen so many different topics on it but never very straight answers....i appreciate your help and am going to start a log today i believe....my babies are getting to be a foot and a half from top of soil and doing real well!!!

These are the best bulbs, hands down. But as for exposure times, I would try to mimic the natural daylight cycle, maybe 4 hours at what would be the afternoon, but it depends on the bulb. Experiment.

what one would you recommend to cover a 5/4 room real well....also do i start to use them just at 12/12 or at veg too???
