Wow!!!!!Daily 9.5 mile walk, 10 months sober down 90 pounds. 15 minutes sauna, 90 minutes hyperbaric chamber.
Taking my health seriously now.
Thanks. It wasn’t easy. Almost had my foot amputated due to diabetes and discovered there was a better way to eat besides “ whole grains” and insulin injections. Went keto and took my A1C from 10 down to a 5.2, no more insulin, metformin, or losartin. Started testosterone replacement therapy and it gave me the energy to get up and work out. But before that, the ulcers on the bottom of my feet would not heal. Discovered BPC 157 injections. That healed the ulcers, then I could start going to the gym.Wow!!!!!
Great news
Congratulations!
I was relieved when I got to the "Leaf Lettuce" part.I got a haircut today- my friend's wife cuts hair at a retirement facility and only charges me $10
I gave her a head of organically grown red leaf lettuce as a tip

Have you ever grown your own garlic or dill? When garlic starts to sprout, just plant it outside. When the shoots get about a foot tall, you can harvest and eat that part too. Not super garlicky but nice sweet subtle flavors. Great in pickle recipes or stir fried with chicken thighs, little Tajiin and olive oilProcessed 14 jars of cucumbers. Large homegrown garlic in the bottom with some dill. Sister-in-law grew the cucumbers - was half jar short, so added some white ones.

Yes, the dill and garlic came out of our garden. The garlic was planted in April this year and some got larger than others. Usually planting is done in October or November. You're right, the garlic scapes (shoots) are delicious with almost anything - even for breakfast with eggs.H
