Totally understand. Herniated disks had me shovelling Makers and Advil like a coal miner, for several months, off and on, for several years. Just got to the point where I had to stop because even though it made the pain bearable, I was feeling so much worse, mentally.

Do you get Raynauds in your feet? I get it in. My feet but not my hands. It’s so annoying. Once it sets in it’s so hard to shake it out.
