thats a branch leafing out. the two white hairs on females will be unmistakeable. so are the green grape balls with no white hairs on the males. still to early for me to tell

currently in the same boat as you are in the waiting game, though mine are a little further along than yours, however I had mine growing bigger before I switched to 12/12... hopefully their females, both of ours!
