what does being stoned feel like?

one time i woke up afetr drinkin and doin drugs all nite and i had to piss so bad i jumped up and ran fer the bathroom i was standin in front of the toilet and i blacked out hit my head on the cabinet fell back and hit my head on the sink.... advice when you just wake up dont jump to your feet and sprint... let the blood get movin first (very very painful/embarrassing) to be found unconcious with you wang out on the bathroom floor.

I'll take a stab at it tho...
for me it depends on the weed.
my weed (indica) makes me feel very "heavy" like my body is being held down by sand bags, and its allot like when your dreaming... everything feels sort of far away and will require effort to get to.
although most of the weed I BUY is satavia and that fucks me up, I actually enjoy doing manual labor while I'm smoking this shit because I cant feel any pain and it doesn't require thinking, I cant think about complex things for long periods of time on satavia.

Heres what its like for me, and most people who take the time to focus on the high....
As soon as you're stoned, you won't know it yet, after a few minutes, you'll remember the last few minutes but you'll feel as if it all happened without you actually having any control over anything, as if you're body and mouth went into 'auto pilot'. You'll be amazed and try to think about how it all went down and then BAM you're back into it again. Eventually you'll notice that time is going by very slowly, so slow that you notice every thought that passes through your brain, and you can even feel how each thought was constructed.
Even a trip from the living room to the bathroom feels like an hour long adventure. Although it took probably 2 minutes, you remember every step, every thought, the struggle to get the door to close properly and the distant voices in the background that made you think that hundreds of people had showed up outside waiting for you to exit.
You come up, and then down, then up, then down again over and over. Sometimes everything is funny as hell, other times you come temporarily down and feel awkward. Your mouth becomes extremely dry, and no bag of chips can suffice your hunger.
You realize how much fun your having, and by the time it all clicks, you are coming down completely. Time to smoke another bowl!
Thats how it works! If it's really good bud, you won't even see it coming, it's almost as if it's a memory already. Pot seems to slow everything down. It doesn't allow you to think faster in shorter periods of time, but it allows you to analize the thoughts that you would already have and then black out. Fun fun fun! Believe it or not, its a blast.

It feels like going to sleep at 2:00AM and waking up at 4:50AM to get up for work or whatever. You feel slow, like your body is trying to pull you back to sleep. At the same time during the on-set of the high your body will almost tingle, giggles happen here to acknowledge "something is happening, huh huh". With that feeling your thoughts really slow down. Not DUR DUR slow but they line up in order and take time to process thought. Most find it easier to handle stress because of this. Your eyes will feel as if you've been awake for 48 hours straight but without the pain. Feels like they have pressure but nowhere painful. Eyes get low, you feel more relaxed as if you took a muscle relaxer and sat in a lazy boy chair. A smile will appear on your face and you'll probably just giggle for whatever reason. You may or may not know, either way your laughing now. Things become more tolerable, stress, annoyances, etc. You can and may become more social and maybe more open, a euphoric at peace feeling. Music sounds better, it almost enhances your senses. Food tastes better, drinks taste better due to your dry "cotton mouth" mouth. Sex is the shit AND the berries (lol wtf?). Everything is a shit ton more dull not high.
Then again some people are fucking buzz kill smokers, get paranoid and start being stupid. Don't do that.

To put it simply when your sativa stoned the world pulls into the direction that youve just made that sudden movement to. Say if you move forward real fast and stoped, your body will keep going as if youre moving forward even though youve stopped moving, also your body will slowly move forward little by little and this keeps happing for an hour then the high will go to your face sometimes and make it freeze. but the indica stone feels like someone just poured a ton of rocks on your body and more scecifically chest area, like youve just taken 30 narcotic pills for sleep. this high is interesting cause it travels all over your body. yay 1000th post

i smoked some g13 diesel (indica dominant) this afternoon to celebrate my independence from... everything.
and this is how it felt:
it started with my face going numb and the realization that i was happy. "hello, old friend..." i thought to myself. my legs felt stuck to the floor and my face felt like it was slowly sliding off... but so slowly that every time i touched it it hadn't gone anywhere. this confused me. i decided to get up and get something to eat. this movement required all of mental and physical concentration. it was the only thing that i could think about. moving forward was my sole purpose. when i got to the kitchen i had forgotten why i was there. until i focused on the fridge. then i knew that i wanted food. so i got it out... and i ate... and ate... and ate. the food tasted delicious because every bite consumed my taste buds, but at the same time the food had no taste because my face was numb. i'm guessing eating only took me about 10 minutes, but it felt like i was there for hours. i decided to go back and sit down. on my way there i started to get wonderful vibrations running up and down my body. they started in my feet and moved up my legs into my spine and up into my skull. as they passed my arms they radiated out to my fingertips and when they reached them, the vibration bounced back and radiated back to my shoulders and into my spine. on my way to the couch i turned on some led zeppelin and the rhythm of the music affected the patterns of the vibrations in my body. i laid down on my couch and closed my eyes. the song "whole lotta love" came on and the effect was perfect. with my eyes closed i could actually see the sounds forming in my mind. the images sprouted at the base of my skull and floated to the top of my head where they dissipated. after awhile i lost interest in the music and sat up. the vibrations had gone and i just felt a general euphoria as the peak of the high had faded. i went into my studio and got out my paints and spent the rest of the high painting feverishly. i felt very inspired. the colors were vivid and the motions of my brush were not conceived... they just happened. when i was totally sober about three hours later i was very happy with the outcome of my work. that's the best i can do.

the best stoned feeling i had was when i was 14 walking into the wind wid my m8s and it felt like my face was getting blowing and my legs were going like jelly dats a long time ago no it just makes me alert dats bout it and mong sumtimes

there is an orb of energy and light pulsating through my head, passing around the bones of my eyes and down my cheek bones, it tingles, yet it's numb, i find interest in simply looking closer at something, at it's seams, from a different angle, to touching things for their texture, my feet are nailed to the floor, but i feel like i'm going to loose all friction somehow and my whole body just slide off the cough and incto midair, but i also know this won't happen, because whatever i'm leant against, feels like it was crafted for that very instant with the sole purpose of my comfort.
