what does this mean....

so i went out to water my babies yesterday and there was about 4 mushrooms growin in the soil of one of my plants. does anyone know what caused this? im thinking the lack of exhaust. anyone have this before...?

shit... i already pulled them up and got rid of them. but if i see it again i'll post some pics. they look like the ones that grow in my front lawn
