What does today's news mean to me??

Basically...

Couldn't get my MMAR card in the past

So I bought from compassion clubs

MMPR came around, got signed up, didn't like it, used my paper work to get in with a dispensary

I live in a condo, so can't grow my own

Had anything changed for me, besides being happy about the failure of overpriced and low quality cannabis models implemented in 2014....

For now your a stand still, good for you for going with your gut in the 1st place and using CCs.

Wait until roughly 12PST - 3EST for Kirk Tousaws news release, there may be more.

Your right to growing cannabis has been won. You should be allowed to get a DG in the future.
.thanks for the info. Would you predict a price drop

And what is this about LP's being suspended for 6 months??

for pretty much everyone...nothing has changed....
but what we did get in my opinion... was the resultant decision of 2000...affirmed
Harper thought he could throw the baby out with the bath water,,,,and just implement whatever he and his health minister
saw fit....

He treated MMAR like the judges decisions back in 2000 meant nothing....then went on to fit the mmpr to his tax schemes...basically sitting back waiting for the large revenue...stream to begin to flow....

The other thing I noticed Is how badly the liberals will have to pay out of the public coffers....to make things right again....
and it occurs in a great deal of different industries...
They have potentially lawsuits flying at them from MMAR patients/MMPR growers/they will have to pay for the mail out envelope
scandal the pre-election adverts...costing 8million and it was all lies.........all the court cases and the list goes on....

Nice legacy for Harper to leave.....us with....I can't help but feel we have been ripped off (that guy who takes your money from the cookie jar while your giving him a roof over his head sorta thing...just slimey) and that its premeditated
by the Cons....in their last year...or so...So so many things that cost us for nothing.....just to make another party seem like they have overspent....You wait.. they have no conscience about it either.... just watch question period...

If you can't grow for yourself, you should be able to get a DG in 6 months.

The government is a representation of the people. So ultimately if the LP's sued we could just tell them to get fucked and to gtfo of Canada. I mean corporations like Target have done that too us. Who do you think the LP's are anyways. Organized crime under legal protection.

Today was a good day. A step away from corruption. Now to see where the other foot falls.

Would be nice to see home growing allowed, no LP's needed. No need to pander too them in the courts. Out to the curb with you.

risk and reward....some gamble and some lose....
unless The gov entered into a contract with....and seeing how everyone applied of their own free-will....
its unlikely to be successful...
I doubt also that the Harper gov did another Prairie Plant Systems,,,,gig...but if its premeditated....then all bets are off......

the transparency of things as they unfold is staggering.....so many ways for the CON's to screw over the public of Canada and its sorta looks like they took everyone of the ways and applied it.....
It should be possible ....to make them accountable for all of them too....

Thats what Im taking from it, My MMPR now gives me the right to grow for 6 months. Whoo dodged a bullet lol.
That is a huge stretch actually, since Conroy himself said only the people that are covered are the people who fall under the injunction. But like PKHydro mentioned it's very unlikely the charges would stick.
