wow yea you are getting it bad. I am in vacaville. I am growing indoors already. I have a small closet grow with just 1 plant. She is 6 weeks into flowering. I am just using a small 150wat hps. I have having trouble with the heat indoors.
Do you run your 'on' cycle at night to help a little with the temps?

LOL, I used to work in Vjo, and lived there for a bit, but grew up on the other side of the Carquinez bridge.

Have you tried filling some bottles of water and freezing them ? You can place them in front of your fan and it will help cool the air ...Not by much but suppose its a shot in the right direction ... Ive done that little trick loads of times....good luck mate with the grow...:weed:

thank you very much for the reply. I have been placing 1 cup of ice on the soil. and just giving light watering during the days. I will be trying your water bottle suggestion next. thank you again

If the closet temps get above 90 mb throw a bag of ice in there in a bucket during the day. That plus good airflow and you'll be ok.

I just thought about this because I'd also like to bring my temps down a bit... but what about dry ice? Dry ice doesn't melt as quickly as ice, AND when it does "melt", it gives you nothing but CO2!

With regular ice, I put some ice in a bowl in my cab and put a small personal fan on top of the bowl, facing up... it draws the cool air from the ice and pumps it towards to the top of the cab.
