what growing medium?

I have aeration formula from botonicare with coco baskets and i also have rockwool but i dont know which one to use, im doing hydro, ive been looking up both of the products but there's not a lot of info and im just wondering if anybody knew the pros and cons of each.

does anybody know?

coco is more ph balanced compared to rockwool...
