What insect is this?

There are a few of these flying around in my tent right now... I've seen them hanging out on a leaf, but also hanging out on the wall of the tent... I keep a very clean environment, but I do live out in the country and my tent is in the basement with the basement door 10 feet away. I'm almost certain I see these flying around at night, they will land on our glass door at night because they are attracted to the light. I'm hoping they are harmless and just snuck in through the basement door one evening...

I don't believe they are aphids, right?

Toothpick for scale.

Thanks!

It does look similar to either....
It does, google images make both look possible...

I've only seen 3 so far, I've gently moved the foliage around to see if others fly off but only the 3 move around when I move the foliage. They seem to hang out on the tent wall when I do that. Hard little things to catch... I'm hoping they are harmless, but I'd like them out of the tent anyways lol.

Any advise on what steps can be taken? I'm growing organically and would prefer not to use any sort of chemical of any kind...

Thanks guys!

White flies multiply fast and leave a nasty residue. You'll usually find them in colonies of more than 3. I wouldn't do anything drastic at this point. Try and catch and kill what you see. You may just have a few stray bugs that got inside.

Hoping that's all it is. I'll keep a close watch on things. Thanks!
