Bisexual - or perfect flowers have both male (androecium) and female (gynoecium) reproductive parts, including stamens, carpels, and an ovary. Flowers that contain both androecium and gynoecium are called androgynous or hermaphroditic. A "Hermie" refers to a Hermaphrodite. A hermaphrodite is a living organism having both male and female reproductive organs.

A Hermi has both Male and Female parts, it can polinate it self but if you pick off the polin sacks aperintly you can get bud from it
