What is attacking my 25 day old plants !?? Also any advice on nutes/ and just general health would be Appreciated

Hi guys,
I’m a newbie to growing ,
I’m on 3rd grow , made every mistake from over and under watering , too many nutes ,too little nutes Et cetera

I’ve had thrips , and they were fairly easy to get rid off .....



But this is something totally different ....

I’ve said this before and people on here weren’t best please or basically advised against it.
But if it’s in a nice hot sunny day because they’re so rare here I do like to put my plants outside (In a very very isolated spot ) and you can just see how much they love it they grow a tremendous rate outside on a sunny day, ( don’t get me wrong , they grow brilliantly under my lamps too)
But I’m sure you can’t beat natural!!
I wouldn’t do it if I hadn’t treated my plants , as I know that the stuff I use keeps All bugs at bay for at least two weeks after spraying !!

Anyhow ,
I had one leaf (just one with brown spots on it either side of the vein, was the first true leaf I believe, it only happened a few days ago,

That’s third photo down .... , This is the plant I have had most trouble with ,
The other one hasn’t been a problem at all untill I woke this morning to find two huge holes out of the top fan leaf , which really pissed me off!!!

Any ideas on what it could be ??

I know I’ll get backlash for taking them outside , but I have other reasons too,

Anyway,

I have:
1-OG KUSH FEMINIZED AUTO
And
1-OG CRITICAL CRACK FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD

,
both in a medium of 35% coco coir 35% bagged compost : 30% perlite ,

For 14 days they were in 60/40 coco and perlite ,

Under a 400 w LED FULL SPECTRUM UFO (which has really impressed me actually ) my last plant grew like crazy when I switched ,

Water with liquid nutes by the name of formulex , whcih they have both handled well, I found that they grew double speed in coco with daily nutes from week 2 than I found in my last grown which was mainly fertiliser !
I could do with some advice on nutes.

Can I double dose ? What extra nutes are handy etc etc ,

My ph is 5.8-6.8 roughly, I checked the run off and it has come back more like 6.5-7 so I got a bottle of PH DOWN today , mixed it in very careful not to use too much , and got it spot on 6, see how they like that for a few days !

I’ve read up lots ,
But tbh I really struggle with the whole ppm thing ?

I know that with coco my ph could be slightly lower , the plants seem happier , which was my plan with the fertiliser So I didn’t need to feed nutes every single day !

Like I said, I started for the first time ever 4 months Ago, so any help and advice is hugely appreciated.so go easy on me !
Nothing worse than starting anhobby and being knocked haha.
Oh I should mention I’m doing this because I had bladder cancer I’m 28 , amongst anxiety and depression and other stuff,

So I’m hoping to find some great recipes for oils , creams , smoothies , you name it ! Unfortunately although it’s plentiful here In the U.K. , due to a backwards government , we are nowhere near even prescribed marijuana !!!
I use cbd daily , but it’s crazy expensive from shops!!! Luckily get it from cannavape free

I love the look smell , everything about cannabis, but I hate getting high, I used to smoke a j, and it floors me, back when I was younger I enjoyed sniff , and smokers would always ask how i Can take that shit but yeh, one drag of a j and it’s like I’ve been knocked out ! Can’t move !! High thc low cbd ?

I posted some extra photos because I’m chuffed with how far they h have come in less that a month

What’s wrong w my plant ? Ps here’s my life story all joking aside I wish you the best in your fight against cancer I lost my dad not too long ago. MDMA doesn’t keep u up for 3 days unless it has meth in it.
I always thought thrips live in your root systems and are almost impossible to get out because they burrow inside ur plants roots and stem to lay eggs. Could be thinkin of a different pest tho

Do you have a jewelers loupe to closely examine the plants, I like the 30x-60x loupe I have. The holes could be from bugs.

I’ve had 8 kidney and bladder surgeries from 22-28 , I should of elaborated on the fact it was too much coke and mdma , can cause scar tissue in the kidneys ,
Hence me getting into cbd therapy, but I want all the Cannabinoids
What strain do you think is closest to what it used to be like 15 years ago? Am I right in saying high cbd leveks stop the whole feeling of not being able to move ?
If I could find a strain that just lightly made you feel positive and hungry etc I’d be up for it,
But in the last 6 years any time I’ve tried to smoke I just end up sat there unable to move , totaly not enjoying it !

Yeh man, I just took the photos their as was in sun but cheers , heads about all sorts of bugs Living there !
If it is sunny, where’ve they are sitting , I spray the are with a good pesticide long before they come out .

I used a magnifying glass earlier , I didn’t find any of those spider mites , or thrips , but something has had a go at the top! And by the size of the hole , I think they will be staying inside from now on!!

Yeh they do, I used a systemic pesticide to rid it (was on my last plant , an ammi) worked wonders , sprayed once And didn’t To again

I’ve just noticed a lot more leaves with the brown spots beginning to show ,

Could it be a fungus !!?

Calcium deficiency?

So it looks like it’s definitely calcium deficiency....? With coco coir, how do I fix this ? This is my problem , I have no clue when it comes to nutes ,
