First week, 65 degrees/60%RH.. Second week, drop your RH to 55. You should get a wood moisture meter from AMZ..they're cheap. Probe your buds at day 10 or so, and when you get a reading of 10-12%.... buck and jar.

I've cured with 65 °F/55% and had good results but your best results are going to be slowing the process with a nice temp around 60 °F and a humidity of around 60%.
I use a 4x8 grow tent and use a AC Infinity inline fan on a carbon scrubber to with the little probe to detect when humidity goes above 60% then it kicks on to exhaust the tent. You want some passive airflow so maybe a real small fan in the room or tent would be nice. Either that or consistent ventilation but it's hard to hold 60 °F / 60% when its like that.
I dry/cure mine out in my cold storage, it's 15C and 60%RH with minimal airflow. Acts like a room sized jar. 2 years ago i didn't even bother trimming, would just rip buds off the branches and pick off the leaves lol. Epic laziness
