what is rust spots on new growth

ive got little rust spots on my new growth of my mother
if its spidermites does it start from the bottom?? any info will be more than appreiated as im struggling . it also lost about 6 hrs of light for a day and got moved to a new location please help me out ppl im really not sure what it is cheers ppl piece***

same crap is happening to me on my father.i kno its a male but i need the pollen.it is outside and maybe i think its water spots that are drying and buring the leaves.....or....it is some sort of transplant shock because it happend after about 2-3 days after transplant....im looking for this answer too maybe from someone who knows..
