As title suggests.. I'm having to take a pain in the ass hiatus from growing for a month or so; I've got a c99 bean and you can always depend on it to be sure... But I'm thinking when I get going again I want the absolute up to date fire, bomb, over the top stupifying weed... But what is it? There's so many breeders and strains on the seed sites its impossible to know just where to look.. I was considering ghost train haze #1 but I think its more of an upbeat daytime Sativa..or maybe I'm wrong.
I'm looking for smelly, frosty, stare into space and listen to music euphoric type stuff you know what I mean
Suggestions and recommendations peeps

Sparkle Star Purple Super Platinum Gorilla Cookies Sherbet Berry Punch

Seriously, there is no best strain. Just grow what you've grown in the past and liked. Most of this new nonsense with ridiculous names are just chucks of chucks. Most of the stuff out there isn't from people that actual breed. Anyone can chuck pollen which is what a good percentage of the stuff out there is. It's become a money grab with everyone trying to cash in on the $20 - $30 a seed mentality.

Well yeh true but there are also good breeders putting out superhybrids that sort of leave old school strains like c99 in the dirt. I seen a vid on youtube of a grow of 'space monkey' by bhodi and there was more thc than plant matter lol. Crazy. I would totally get that but seems to be sold out everywhere.. And that's not even right up to date

I mean yeh there's a lot of chuckers about but you can't honestly think that with all the selection and breeding for potency that strains aren't stronger year by year.

Again any actual recommendations welcome and not your opinion on the state of the breeding community

Anything else you get will just be an opinion. I don't base my selections from some youtube video and I don't want any of these latest super strains as you call them. You asked for opinions and I gave you mine. If it wasn't what you wanted to hear then why make a post online asking for opinions if you only want to hear those that you like?

Dude i want opinions on current fire strains nothing more or less.
I dont even know what you are saying.. That I may as well grow northern lights because every strain these days is garbage from amateurs? What DO you base your selections on if not from the reports of others ?

I grow landraces, chuck pollen, and make my own seeds. I don't listen to reports from those trying to sell more seeds. I grow the strains that were originally used to make these "Fire" strains as you call them. I can cross as do many other people. The seed industry is a joke. But by all means go and pay $20 a seed for some strain that's a cross of a couple crosses crossed with another cross. Anyone can make polyhybrids, give them a ridiculous name, and call it fire.

What's wrong with Northern Lights? Look at the lineage of many of the "Fire" strains and you'll find it's in many of them.

I recently ordered Lemon Auto, Badazz OG Cheese and hopefully they come with some free Critical Purple Kush from seedsman. Im on my 1st grow now with bag seeds so I went with the least expensive seeds I could find, if all goes well then ill start investing in better seeds. My order still hasnt switched to "shipped" yet though.

It usually takes about 2 weeks to get my seeds from seedsman
