Yall i have these bugs on my plants I noticed today, i have no idea what they are. They are tiny and shaped like a lady bug but brown in color. They are eating my flowers or at the stem of them bc this poor flower was dead toward stem.

Any idead on what they are and what to do to kill them would be greatly appreciated!

Those look like immature stink bugs and yes they eat plants and are a bad bug. I have had several this year not sure why but my plants are near my grape vines and I think they host a lot of parasites. That mark on their back tells me it some kind of stink bug.

Neem oil is a good repellent but I do not use it during flowering. They generally are not numerous and you can just look for them and destroy. They can fly when adult. I am not sure what to use after flower. Perhaps someone else can help.
I have been using BT for cats and Green Cure for PM and have had very clean plants.

Use a UNSULPHERED MOLASSES IT WORKED LIME A CHAMP ON MY WHITE FLYS THAT I HAD. I APPLIED 2-3 days straight only AT NIGHT !!!!!!!!! I used 1 tablespoon per gallon of LUKE WARM water. Make sure to spray the tops and bottoms of the leaves try not to hit the bud sites. I spray the bottoms first then the top. After you start your plant just shake off the extra that will be on the ends of the leaves for they WILL BURN the tips. Anyways I hoped this helped you out a lil bit. Best of luck.
