What is this bug?

Hi, does anyone know what bug this is?
never see it before.I have try some Adonis 75 (cheap version of merti 75)but those damn things still there ?
Any input for be greatly appreciated?

What region of the world...looks like a weevil or cockroach...

The small ones look like springtails, the bigger ones i have no idea

Thanks, I m starting to think it a thrips, I thinking about throw away everything this run. But looking for a product I can use to spray or apply in my environment, that would take care of the problem. Anyb ideas

If its thrips you'll have white spes on your leaves. If they are thrips the best thing to kill them is monterey garden insect spray.. heres a pic of a spring tail
