What is this deficiency?

opinions are like.....well u know 
i am not the problem solver here in GC, i'm the guy saying go figure out what the problem is on your own, so the learning is 'organic', will stick in your brain, and will make a better farmer out of ya.
it's just like school, if you cheat on tests, you dont learn shit. if someone is always telling peeps wut they are doing wrong, the organic learning suffers along with cognitive recognition of problems and situations in life and plants.

It looks like a classic magnesium defiecency. What growing methods are you using? What medium are your plants in?

Getting help on plant problems is like an interogation. Everyone needs all the facts up front such as: .Soil/hydro, fertilizer (amounts type frequency), type of pot/size, watering schedule, type of light (distance to plant), and any other random facts you can throw in there lol.

IMHO
Its calcium deficiency.
Magnesium, forms a V, from the tip in. Its commonly termed "The magnesium V".
Calcium, can be yellowing between the vaines
The V's form first, before yellow between the vaines with magnesium.
Have you given pleanty of magnesium? Magnesium can inhibit calcium from absorbing.
It does look like iron. Although iron begins, on the tops, and new growth .Yours looks like a fair aged fan leaf.
If you put a gun to my head. id say it was deficient in calcium, somehow.
But its a guess, none the less.
