what is up with attitude???

I placed an order from attitude last week. I emailed them asking about my tracking info that still comes back as "not found" through royal mail and usps. And this is the response I got.

Hi there




Please note that this time we have used a different courier to ship your package, which means that this will NOT be traceable on Royal Mail.

It will only be traceable on USPS once they update their tracking information.

We have actually noticed that whenever we use this particular courier the tracking information is a bit slower to appear on USPS, however packages that are sent this way have almost 100% success rate being delivered, and that is the main thing we care about.

Please understand that this is not over our control and you will need to wait until USPS update their details.

We apologise on behalf of the mail services for the inconvenience


Has anyone dealt with this? I mean I paid for the shipping and they can't even give the name of the courier?? I've placed many of orders with them. It seems shady.. I'm on the east coast in the u.s. thanks for any help

Wait a few extra days to see where you item is ain't that big of a deal to me as long as they arrive according to their response a good success rate on delivery

Wait.

Buying seeds in the UK isn't illegal, so they will come. Will probably be one of these companies that employs a man with a van to do drop offs for min wage.....

i emailed them about the same thing as well and got the same response, received my package 8 days after order confirmation no issues. never had a problem getting an order from them delivery wise- i got some old seeds from sin city that i order from choice(attitude) and attitude sent me a bunch of freebies to make up for it, cant complain every freebie was from HSO-DNA-ET and dinafem

For sure I agree just threw me off I've never had it happen. Googled it and I didn't find anything. Thought I'd ask and put it out there for others to find

Day 9 and still no tracking info. I'll keep updating this thread for the next guy.

Attitude changed a bunch of their payment and mailing options taking a turn for the worst! I got burned a couple of month ago on an entire order.

Best way to make sure you get your shit is either credit card to exact address or bitcoin (i prefer this method as its secure and untraceable). I got into it pretty good w these clowns and finally got them to ship me a new order at half cost and actually got a good amount of variety pack freebies for the hassle (after losing a 600$ order) as Ive done alot of business with them over the years.

Best thing to do is let them know you got an issue and stay on top of it but also give it some time. Last order took over 6 weeks but it came through and was well worth the wait. Needless to say I wont be purchasing anything from them for awhile since last couple times this shit happened and I wasnt pleased with their services at all.

Few years ago was much easier and way more efficienct idk what happened or the cause if the issue but it sucks big time!

I place to order from the tude. On the 2nd and on the 4th. They are just sending my first order out my 2nd order still not sent out yet. Why send a dispatched email and not ship them out. I understand new courier but that's too slow. The new courier can be track download the "aftership" app.

When I ordered, not too long ago, I couldn't get international tracking but got tracking once it was in America. I don't think they're using Royal Mail anymore. My order did arrive though and in its usual time. Be patient

Always give attitude about a week and a half to get it to the states.
Never doubt them. None of my orders have ever been below $250 and I've never had a customs problem.
Knock on wood.

Royal Mail never updates their tracking. Check at night using USPS and eventually it'll reach the states. From there it's about 3-7 days out depending on your method of shipping. If you chose stealth I find they rarely keep it at customs for more then a day. If it's there for 3-4 I'd worry.

They are not using royal mail. I don't want to put the company name that they are using because of uncle Sam. But if it arrived in the same time frame then great

I have two order and they both have not reach USPS hands. Been a week but this morning got a alert on aftership app they tude new courier just received my package. That a whole week to ship one of my order out

I hope they not tracking and come before Saturday. Been leaving work just to check mail. Cool boss just lose a hour pay
