how long has it been flowering for,its hard to say with out before and after pics and you would be the only one to notice drastic changes in the plant,so if you did something yesterday and today you have problems I would have to say that whatever you did is whats causing the problem,give it a flush and see what happens,as far as the pistols changing in a matter of hours I dont know I have never had that happen mine start a few at a time and within a week to 2 weeks there all red and some brown and some orange color good luck peace and grow on
this is week 9, they should of been bigger by now, but i dont got too much light and for the first 4 weeks i wasnt using the right lights, they wasnt 2700k they was 5000k maybe thats why they started of slow or maybe i veg too long cus the plant is like 5 feet tall and its an indica, but if i put more light it will get too hot, i think the leaves are curing from heat stress as it is right now, each time i go in there and check on it i be sweating.

i didnt give it big bloom this time, u think i should? maybe its missing it, thats why its like that.
but ill flsu it when today and just give it a lil bit of schults plant food or big bloom . they was fine when i was givin it those nutes,
its getting close to 11 weeks so i might harvest soon,
but the botoom busites will not be ready, i might just harvest the main colas and lower the lights to the bottom budsites
but theres still alot of white pistills arnt they all have to be orange befor i harvest?

i might give them 14 weeks cus i still need to flush before i harvest like for 2 weeks...
