What Is Wrong With My Plant

Plant is dead. Many issues. Fungas gnats not close to the biggest of many problems. That plant......I'm sure has a dead root system. Over fed, over and under watered, buggy, poor lighting, crappy environment and poor grower preparation. Plus many other issues. Read up and start over. The only logical advice, I humbly give you. You thought it would be easy. It's not until you have at least 5 years growing experience. Imho

Cannabis is a weed though. Weeds grow easily in light so shouldn’t it easily grow in the lights I have?
Being a 'weed' doesn't mean it'll just grow for you if you don't give it what it needs. Note that most of us here are using very specific high intensity lighting that is pretty much designed to put out a specific spectrum for specific plants. 'a few grow bulbs' doesn't give anyone confidence that that's what you're doing.

Maybe it’s nutrient deficiency? I’m giving it nutrients for flowering but maybe I’m not feeding it the appropriate quantity.
That is NOT caused by a nutrient deficiency, though you very well may have some of those going on too. That kind of damage is due to watering issues or things like freezing your plant.

That all aside, you've killed your grow.

Oh my bro, it's time to abort and move on. That plant is very damaged. Perhaps do more reading before the next round. Yeah, it's just a weed but even a weed struggles in a poor environment with poor nutrition.
Do yourself a solid and chalk this up as a lesson learned. Read some basics on plant needs, environment, medium choices, nutrient needs, and proper measuring meters. This isn't rocket science but cannabis can be tricky to a new grower.
