What is your average yield?

Just wondering what you guy\'s final weigh outs have been in the past. Dried and cured please, since I know you lose half or more of your weight on the process. We\'re starting our first grow and I have just been wondering what a fair expectation would be. If it makes a difference to you, we\'re using a 400watt HPS in a 4\'x2\'x6\' stand alone vented closet. Thanks guy and I hope your yields have been as big as I\'ve expected.

If you don't do a perpetual grow you could get close to a pound with five gallon buckets doing a soil grow.

The avg for that setup would be 200 grams----If you had a large production strain with perfect conditions and great ventilation or co2 you would get up to 400 grams--on the other hand if all things don't work out and you run into some issues you might get 100grams or less. My guess will be just under half a pound...

I have a 400watt hps. I'm growing two 2.5ft big bud plants. Grown hydroponically in an ebb and flow. What would the ballpark of yield be for these babes? these are Lst'ed and will be scrogged soon.

Johnny... good thread man, I have almost the exact same dimensions, figuring out the best ways to go as well. I was debating on SOG or SCROG, yet I think I would incorporate TWO 400w lights for this. Remember, a 400 watter will only penetrade through the canapy only so far....lower branches and buds won't be as significant. Gonna keep tabs on this thread to see what kinda results is possible as well.

if this is your first grow then be prepared to run into some problems. but 200 grams sounds like what you should be aiming this time

DAMMIT!!! I WAS pretty satisfied with my "paltry" QP (110 grams dry) I got from the one plant that survived my first attempt to grow. (Oh my god was it fine smoke!!!)
I'm subscribed as well. These numbers here are more in line with what I was thinking (OK, Hoping) I'd get. I have 20 going right now, under 2000w (5 lights) of MH vegging.
How many plants, say around 5' tall and bushy, will a 400w light handle? I have 5 lights, and would really like to bring at least 15 of them to harvest. Really I'd like to harvest them all, but I'm trying to be realistic. If I can end up with 7 lbs, I'll be tickled shitless. I can get more lights if needed, but I'm limited to 400w 'ers, 'cuz that's what I can get cheaply. I'm considering replacing my ballasts with 600w'ers next grow.
