What is your SOG yield per plant?

So I've looked around and I've found multiple threads asking how much yield is possible with the Sea Of Green method. I'm not interested in what people THINK is possible.

I want to know what your best yield has been PER PLANT using the Sea Of Green method. Post any info you think is appropriate (veg time, plants per square foot, lights, pot size, hydro, soil, etc...).

Ive done a few 12/12 from seed SOG. Pull on average about 2-3oz per plant. I run 600w hps every 8 plants. Choose a strain like Bigbomb

4 weeks of veg isn't really a sOg.. Sog is usually from clones with no veg time. I get from 10 to 20 g pwr plant

wtf 30 days veg 2 plants and only 4oz? you doing something wrong bro ...with that length of vegging you should get at least 2-4 oz a plant minimum

I have two 400s. I keep around 50 plants in the bud room, and get 7-10 grams each.

Sorry, I'm not posting any pics. I don't know what's hard to believe about that lol. I've been doing it like that for many years. I pull out roughly 2 oz/wk. I take roughly 8 clones/wk. When the bud room is too full, I take a week off from cloning. I use MG soil (flower & vegetable), and lately have been using Fox Farms nutes, in 1 gallon nursery cans. I move the plants in and out of the brightest light.

OK, that was kind of funny. I'm actually trying to change my game, which is why I've been lurking here. My wife limited me to one 400, but I snuck in the second one about 5 years ago. Now she has given me the ok to amp it up, as long as I don't grow any in the yard. Well, she said I could go up to 1500 watts. Now, I'm trying to figure out what my best move would be.

2x600w and the required ventilation and fans will run a tad under 1500w

i pull 22oz from a 4.5x4.5 with a 630 cmh granted i use a mainline on 9 plants not a sog with 70+ but yield should be based on area and light. plant count dosnt mater. my yield would be the same with 75 plants in a sog or 2 plants in a scrog. as long as the area is full, count means dick.

for the record is seams that some dont know. sog you grow short single cola plants with no side branching. saw a pic above was definatly not a sog
