What kind of seeds are these?

First i want to salute you all,it's my first post here and i already demand some help,rude of me...
I recieved as a birthdaygift from an old friend some seeds,he sais they'r mj seeds but i kinda doubt it,since they dont look like the ordinary ones.
So i thought it could be a good idea to post some pics here,maby you could clear me out a lil` bit.



as you can see,they'r more smaller and thinner than the ordinary mj seeds,what kind of seeds could they be?

thanks for the fast replyes guys,i know how ordinary mj seeds look like,the thing is,i need first to know what kind of plant i'm growing,so i can know how to grow it,pretty gay huh....
