What kind of watering system is this

Im having a hard time searching for this product. I may be taking a vacation and have to look into a way to auto water. I seen these in a tv show in the background.. Little blocks that wrap around the plant ... but I do not know the terminology to search for them.

No sir, I'm watering by hand in the fabric pots , moving to to the final transition this weekend to the 5 gallons and starting lst with a trellis.

But I am looking into a drip system, I also need to get educated in the subject as best as I can if you have suggestions im open..thanks again
