Even down low? So it’s not the lights. Your first pics of what look like mite eggs are just glands. Not mite eggs. Everyone gets fooled by that when they first look with a scope. All I can say is get a good loupe 100x. Rule out russet mites go from there. Good luck.

Several deformed leaves lead you to think it could be due to pests. From your pics , it doesnt indicate any presence of bugs. But as for the deformed leaves, could it be genetic mutation?
