This one comes with a 6500k (veg) bulb, but you can get a 2700k bulb for around $15-$20 at Lowe's or Home Depot to switch out when it's time to flower. Or you can keep the 6500k bulb and get some 2700k CFLs with clamp on fixtures for flowering.

You can also get the T5 fixtures that will hold 2, 4, or 8 bulbs. These are a bit more expensive than the single strip light, naturally, but one 4ft 4 bulb fixture will put out somewhere in the range of 20,000 lumens and 250W.
and also the site that you mentioned is it a T5 or it is one of those CFL bulbs ?

I'd suggest a T8/T12 GE Plant/Aquarium bulb(easiest to find, usually). Most other major manufacturers also produce PL/AQ bulbs.

These are not readily available in T5 size. Though I'm fairly sure you can find them on-line, as well as CFLs for plants.

Plant-specialty bulbs produce over 2x the amount of usable light for plants in the correct frequencies. They're typically a pink/purple glow. These bulbs are highly lacking green light output, as plants reflect green light(which is why they appear green, objects appear as their colors because they reflect that color and absorb all others).

Oh, they're also around 10x cheaper than T5's. Which maximally produce 25% more light. Most of it not plant-usable.
