So you really only listed 3 options. IMO you'd be much better off with either the VIPAR or the topled with reflectors if you are looking for a budget led. Though remember that budget LED may not be such a deal if it doesn't last very long. But if you got back up lighting and willing to take a gamble more power to ya.
