What light fixture to use?

i am going to be growing 28 plants under 3 600w lights, the plants will be closely packed in 2 gallon 8inch diameter square pots. Just wondering what light fixture reflects the most light, over the widest area

28 under only 3x600? ur gunna loos on yeild pal, im doing 30 under 4 and thats about right

they say 7-8 under 1x600 so ur like 5-6 plants over
