What light would be better for 2 autos?

I seen a 300w LED and I have seen a 324w T5 light. So what would be a better light for 2 autoflowers in a closet grow?

250w hps might have a little stronger light penetration that either of those. But out of your two, I'd go with the t5

ok thank you. I know a 250w hps would be great. But I would have to deal with heat issues and a higher electric bill. I am just doing a simple grow.
