Unfortunately those medical receipts don't reduce your taxes 1 for 1 like an insurance claim would. I will more likely get about 3-5% back.
What LP have you signed up with and how would you rate them?

In some ways it's all relative. I take 3 prescribed medications + mj, one of the pills I take is $10.16 each. For the generic. I take up to 10 a week. Thankfully my new job has a health plan, my old one didn't and it was a killer.

I could not easily afford the meds I have been on In the past and now if it was not for our health plan....
some of them run those without coverage 700 to 800 a month... and some others maybe cheaper....but there was 25 total at one point....
with the addition of mj I have that down to 9 diff meds/day....add in Store bought Mj and the numbers go off the chart.....at the predicted 8bucks a gram....
most would not want to deal with my co-pay amounts on that much medicine...let alone have to pay for it......

Has anyone tried any other LP's besides Peace Naturals? I was gravitating towards Canna Farms but their registration is full until the Summer. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.

So, after being a peace naturals client for a few months now, I am having a hard time seeing myself being able to handle the cost of my meds much longer. It seems like every time I try to order there aren't the strains I want so I compromise and order a little bit at a time. Well by thw time you add up shipping to multiple orders in one month it's almost as much if not more than getting it off the street. And the last few times it has been garbage. I really hope this new program gets the axe so I can responsibly medicate without going bankrupt.

Why do you have to be such a cunt all the time? Yeah I know the internet is great for anonymously putting other people down but for real, if you have nothing good to say shut the fuck up. I have never seen you post anything with any importance on here. Quit being such a weed Nazi. Everyone is in the same boat in a couple weeks and not everyone has the capability to grow their own. Sometimes you just have to deal with the situation presented to you until something better comes along.

I don't know how much you have, but for a relatively small amount, you can put it in a sealed ziploc bag with a large lettuce leaf. That will make it a but better.

You shouldn't have to do anything to it. It's supposed to be just like it was the last time. Isn't that what all the hoopla is about quality control...standardized medicine.. Blah blah blah.

$9.5 a gram seems to be the highest I have come across in my scaverging for information from the LP's. the range is typically from $5-$8 per gram.
That being said, it looks like a lot more companies are being approved by HC. Perhaps the competition between LP's will cause them to regulate themselves in a more appropriate manner.
