I'm currently growing 5 ladies outdoors in New England. I will start my flower nutes this week, but i'm not 100% sure as to which ones to use. I have a little bottle of Botanicare Pure Blend Pro flower nutes (2-3-5) and jack's classic (12-36-14). I'm currently using the pure blend veg nutes and House & Garden Soil A and Soil B, and Liquid Karma
Which one do you guys think would be better: Botanicare, Jack's Classic or something else?

Im useing " Better gro " 25/14/13 an Better gro bloom 11/35/15 I dont know why any one would even use too low of doses like 2-3-5 ? you need a higer first number to achive better growth from seed state into the flowering stage then switching over to a higher P contant

i tell you what, switch to general hydroponics. Use the 3 part system (grow, micro, bloom). that will give you a complete formula. I also add koolbloom during flower. And at the last 2 weeks of flower i add a sweetener.

I recommend you use Iguana Juice, Bud Candy, Liquid Karma (Which you have already), Cal Mag by General Organics. Also you should be using beneficial mycorrizae and bacteria (I recommend Voodoo Juice, but if that is too expensive for you go with Roots Organic Oregonism or Plant Sucess).

The 3 part isn't compete.

To the OP: I can't comment on the jacks formula but I use Botanicare products in the dirt and really like the results.

If cost is not an issue ive ben useing the Gen Hydros new organic line. if you buy the 6 bottrles then follow the feeding schedule gen hydro provides, and take all the basic steps of temp and ph. then these nutes will kick some a**. I use them with roots organic soil, and they are doing extreemly well. I'd suggest them to any one who's looking for nutes. i got my ladies ready to veg @ 15 inches in only 3 weeks under 2 1000w
if you go to the web site and call gen hydro, they will send you sample bottles of the whole new organic line for 16 bucks shipping

How is that not a complete formula? NPK is all you need. You just adjust the amounts you use. Everything else is just extras.

Well, yeah they need more than NPK, but the basic functions of all those added extras-- the beneficials, the trace nutes, etc. all basically serve as fixers and catalysts of the absorption and usage of NPK.

I can also confirm that I have grown many a righteous bud with the GH 3 part, Koolbloom + tap water.

This IS a complete fertilizer, as it has been used to successfully grow me several pounds of COMPLETE plants that have gotten me and my friends COMPLETELY stoned.

The GH 3 part does not include the 17 essential nutrients that plants need.

Go check your labels and compare it to this list: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/consumer/quickref/fertilizer/nutri_def.html

EDIT: I should also add that I use the GH expert line and love the results. I was just correcting the original statement that the 3 part is complete.

Just use the Jack's and be done with it, you can read my nutes on a budget thread to see many pics of plants grown using Jack's

when i called G.H about there three part they said it only had 10 elements plants need at least 13 to grow right You cats should check out dyna grow they got em all plus a high phosphorus formula wich is rare these days cause phosphorus is very expinsive not cause your plants dont need it as advanced would tell you ... also there are no hormones in dyna grow so you can add your own and influnes growth as you please you also need a Bio Stim with dyna to make to complete ive been very happy with my yeilds .....................................

well that giant bud in my avatar was grown with only the three part. Nothing else. I yielded 11 ounces off that one plant. So it seemed to work just fine for me.
Do you not understand that there is more than just NPK in the 3 part from GH? I'm not saying it doesn't work as it's what I use plus their additives, I was just correcting your statement because it's not complete.

Yes I do understand that. My original post also states that fact. I am now adding more than just the three part, but I have had great success with just the three part. The guy was asking what kind of nutes to use so I was trying to give him a good starting point. So for you to come behind me and say that the three part is not enough to grow healthy plants is B.S. I have grown several crops with only the three part. If you start telling some one that has never grown before to add 5, 6, or 7 different nutes and additives than he's most likely going to burn all his shit. So chill out and offer some advise instead of talking crap and trying to be a pain in the ass.

I'll stop 'talking crap and trying to be a pain in the ass' when you stop drawing your own conclusions from my posts ;).
