What nutrient over dose, or lack of, is this caused by?

This discoloration pattern is evident on all 4 of my plants.
I been giving them GH Flora series in FFHP pottting soil.
soil PH is about 7.5-7.9
its only on a few of the lower leaves. I dont know if it saying its getting too much nutes or not enough. Im feeding per directions for general dosage in veg.
the particular plant in the pic is a white widow

What are you using to determine the PH of the soil? Im assuming it's a cheap POS that is not accurate at all.

Every soil I've ever used( dozens of kinds) is PH'd at 6.3-6.5 and has buffers in it to keep the ph in that range.

one of them pronged deals, 3 way tester, light/PH/moisture. Its all i have and i cant afford much more! Im no big time grower
The soil is FF happy frog, the plant has been in that 3 gallon felt pot and soil for about 45 days, been fed nutes up till recently, every feeding due to some mis-advice, so id reckon the soil ph here has been effected that way.
Whats a more accurate way to check soil PH?

Here is my whole crop...2 in flower (in diff stages of flower)
The 2 flowering is white widow (late stage) and ghost train haze is the other in flower(early stage)
The 2 in veg including original pic is white widow( original pic) and a gg4 mother to be
