What soil should I use?

What soil should I use to do this and where should I go to buy it? I have no hydroponics store here so im limited to walmart, menards, lowes and home depot.

Foxfarm is the best but you can only find it at hydro stores. try to find some miracle grow organic potting soil and mix it with perlite. you should be able to find both.

BTW, the miracle grow soil should be in an orange bag.

i would take an organic potting soil, and mix it with worm castings and perlite.

less worm castings than soil, and plenty of perlite...

25% castings, 37% soil, 37% perlite.

this is in no way a golden standard, everyone has their own recipe.
