What strain?

k i'm an aspiring grower, i'm going to be growing in some sort of stealth setup. i heard good things about ordering from dr chronic to the usa, but i don't want to waste money on an inappropriate strain for my conditions. i want an indoor plant, real easy, with a really respectable yield. any recommendations?

that looks pretty legit. here's my question, now.
c99 is what i want the most because it says it doesn't smell. is this true? also ak47 sounds great for the yield but especially appealing to me is it says its an easy grow. is ak47xc99 an easy grow with high yield and no smell? or should i just go for c99? any other reccomendations? any other odorless strains?

also, is there a reason the prices at this website are so dramatically lower than everywhere else? is it a legit place to get seeds?
