What the fudge is happening here guys and gals

Hello everyone, back again with a new issue. Would like to know what people think may be going wrong here.

They're well into their vegative stage around week 5 I'd imagine, I'm not 100 percent sure as they were given to me as clones. I've had them planted into these xl autopots for about 3 and a half weeks.

Running Canna nutrients mostly;
Coco a+b
rhyzo
canazyme
Flora - cmx
House and garden amino treatment

Ec - 1.5
Ph - 5.7

Highest temp is 27°c
Humidity high 60s

Now, these leaves only started turning into what you see about 3 - 4 days ago. Which is about the same time I turned up the light intensity on the LEDs. That has been the only thing that has changed since the change of the leaves so I thought that it may be light stress but I've never experienced these symptoms before.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks
Dr Smoke

It could just be your keeping your ph rigid when you should vary it between 5.8 and 6.2, but if I were going to stick on a figure it would be 6, not 5.7.

1.5 e.c seems excessive.
Are you using the cal mag because your working with RO or just because ?

What LED is it that you turned up? How powerful and how close?

How many hours of light?

It looks like it might be magnesium def and that could be due to ph been rigid or it could be excess cal mag or too much light ..
Not enough info to rule anything out.

I adjust the pH once per day usually from 6.1 down to 5.7 that is the case until my res gets down to about a 3rd left, 30ltrs and then it'll stay pretty close to that 5.7 fluctuating .01 up here and there.

My tap water comes out at 0.01 EC so I use the calmag as a hardener getting upto 0.04 EC before adding the rest of the nutrients. Ive also read that it's good to use calmag when growing with leds or in coco because the cation exchange capacity is quite high in coco.

I agree that the EC is Abit high. I'll reduce that on the next res fill, what do you think the best EC range is for them currently ?

The lights were turned up to from 30% to 50% over 14 days in total.

They are currently on 18/6 cycle.

Also I'm using the canna grow guide online for the nutrient measurements although I think my res is a little off which why I keep getting a higher EC. Aswell as using .5ml per litre of amino treatment and calmag.

The "wrinkled" look is of no concern from what I can tell at all, should have no overall effect on the plant & is just part of its natural physical expression. I wish I still had a pic, I was growing a couple testers & the leaves were coming out SO krinkly I messaged the guy & asked if it was normal. .. dude was like  lol, the plants continued to grow just fine & the herb was superb. Should be nothing. oh and I agree with @coreywebster let the pH go to like 5.9-6.1 ish

Aw cool, that sounds very similar to response that I received lol. Always a little relieving to hear someone else has experienced something similar and come through the otherside just fine. Thanks

My opinion on that?? --i think we're feeding the plants so immediately, so directly force-fed that they're growing "quicker" than the outer structure of the leaf can keep up with. just my 2 cents, I have nothing to corroborate that
It's funny you say that because I have read something similar in other forums and it does seem like a plausible explanation.

yep. the leaf margins curling up like that is not good.

what's all that other stuff other than A&B do?
From what I've read rhizotonic is cannas version of a root stimulant, providing rapid root growth and improving the overall health of the plant.

Cannazyme is supposed to help break down the dead root material and turn that material into minerals and sugars that the new roots can then easily uptake. Is also supposed to help keep the bad bacteria and mold away.

Amino treatment is just another silica product with either kelp or sea weed for it's added nutritional benefits.

And the CMX is a calmag mix.

Yall might not worry about that "krinkly" look but it aint normal to me. You already said ur ec is high so they are most likely over fed, too hot and too wet. Maybe the ph is getting too low?

U will be just fine. Don't go chasing your tail. cut back on feeding and light. Looks like a lil light bleaching maybe on tops closer to light. Plants look healthy overall. My last run had one crinkle up like that on me while all the others were fine. It was one of the best tasting girls I had and did great during flower with no issues.

I don't know how autopots work but it looks like your medium is coco and it looks dry. You should not let coco dry out, feed to runoff at least once a day should help keep them healthy.
