That's a pretty powerful light you have there. How close is it to your leaves? And, is the curling only happening on leaves closest to the light?
I've been fighting lighting issues this whole run. I have a 10 x 16 area and I'm using 12 spider farmer SF 4000. However I've been fighting sunburn at the same time my plants are stretching out of control. My autoflowers at least are. My lights are crazy high like 40 some inches above the canopy and I only have them turned up to like 15%. I can't believe lighting is too much

What are your canopy temps. The lighting may not be too much instead it may be an heat issue.

Heat stress
I'm curious how it can be heat stress. My room is barely 75° and it runs more like 63 at night it's January and it's cold. My plants are getting super stretched yet there is definite like bleaching on top how can they do both?
I'm wondering how this can be heat stress. It's barely 72-74 degrees in my room. The lights are already 40 inches over the canopy and they're only turned up to 20%

Get ya self a oil filled radiator to help with temps . Also ya could get fan controller box. Set it and forget it .

If those are temps it definitely isnt heat stress persay but it looks environmental. I would check fans that may be blowing too directly and fast on leaves and get the temperature in the optimal range.
If your lights are that high above canopy and you have a 160 sq ft area to cover with 5472 watts thats just enough maybe little low for flower at full power. Is your canopy size 10x16?
If anything I would be running the lights much higher than 15 percent. If that is the case. I mean thats 34.2 watts per sq ft
Some leaves may never flatten back out but hopefully you can adjust some environmental issues and see slower or stopped progression. Other than that..I wouldn't have a clue.
Its at 46inches and 20% what more can i do?? And look at all that crazy stretching. How does burning and stretching happen at the same time??

The tops are burning but the plants are stretching.Is it happening on the tops or all the way to the bottom? Be logical or think out of the box

Yeah I got a little something going on in the side room of my house it's January it's not hot at all and I really don't know how I'm getting these things with lightburn but they are also stretching at the same time. My lights on full power par 430 Watts but I'm only using them at 15 20% so I'm probably only using maybe 75 watts per like currently and I have a 160 square feet. Take a look at some of the photos that I placed under the responses in the last few posts. My autoflowers are the ones that generally don't like it my photoperiods in veg seem to be okay this was just one of my smaller mother plants that started to curl my autoflowers really look sunburned and I just don't understand how this is happening. These lights are not that strong to be causing layover like this 35 Watts the square foot should be perfect I've never had a problem before I don't know what's happening now

No sure. Fairly high id guess. I see moisture on my mylar some mornings when it's cold outside and it's quite a bit warmer in my room
