What to do when your plants are not ready for harvest at same time?

I have 10 auto white widow plants going now day 52 and I can tell some will be ready soon and some will need a few more weeks after. My plan was to hang dry them in the grow room so not sure what to do.

It depends on how big they are. Ideal would be to dry them in a separate space but otherwise, depending on your growspace, I made a cardboard box with a pc-fan outtake.

If you dont have space in the room you can make a cardboard box into a drying chamber its pretty easy
also i've flat dried buds and put them into paper bags before it works fine too
